Breathing is the best way to lessen your stress and anger since this is the way to help create the ability to face bad things with calmness, patience and acceptance. It can even remind us that when many bad things happen the life will keep dishing out if we can face it greatly. This breathing method to reduce your stress can be something so helpful since you can do this wherever and whenever you are facing nutty things around you. The less stress that you take account in a day the happier your day will be.
