Depressed of being working mom

The amount of women who live not only for their family but also for their jobs are increasing since they have the idea that even when they have children they still can raise them without leaving their jobs. This might be true since there are many women who have succeed to do their jobs great fully and still have a good care of their children. Yet there’s the studies that shown that employment have the influence in mental health of women. The women who live for only raising their children can suffer depression in the age over 40. For the working women they can reach this condition when they less than 40. This fact is a proof that the employment can make women to be more depressed than the children raising moms who always stay at home to keep their family. This might because of the working women are always wised to do everything perfectly that they feel so depressed when something doesn’t go as they expected. Without admitting the fact that doing their jobs along with raising their children are two hard jobs that are difficult to be done at the same time, they want to appear great in front of their family and also their boss. That’s why they push themselves so hard that they don’t care about their strength to do it and abandon their own selves. This is so different with the stay-at-home moms who are just having the responsibility to take care of their children and do their everyday jobs in home. The working moms should be aware of this fact and not put in too much effort in doing everything in their life. To have a break time in Friday to become a great mom in Saturday can still possibly become the best thing rather than pushing yourselves too hard in doing everything that you think should be done perfectly. The guilty feeling of abandoning both of their jobs or children when they do one of them and leaving the others also become a factor that cause this mental health disorder. To admit that doing these two things are really hard and give mercy to yourselves rather than feeling guilty can also helping in reducing your burden. To be a healthy mom until you reach 40 or more can be something that is more meaningful than pushing yourselves until you are dry.
